3.1. All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and prices do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at this present moment.
3.2. We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. You may choose from the available payment methods listed on our website during the checkout process.
3.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We will not process your order until we receive full payment.
4. Sales and Promotions
4.1. Products and items that are on sale or promotion at above 50% discount may contain certain minor defects such as de-colouration, stains or deformations on the pages or covers. If customers deem these defects as unacceptable, they may request for a refund based on the Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We provide free local delivery within Singapore for orders placed through our website of minimum $20 spent per order. However, shipping and delivery fees may apply for certain products or locations, as stated in our shipping charges.
5.2. Premium membership customers enjoy free local delivery within 3 working days, while ordinary members enjoy free local delivery within 2 weeks. The delivery timeframe is counted from the date of order confirmation.
5.3. We strive to deliver products in a timely manner, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Return and Refund Policy
